Seaport-e
In 2002, the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) promulgated Seapower 21. Seapower 21 provides a framework to align, organize and integrate the U.S. Navy to meet the wide variety of challenges that lie ahead. The CNO called upon the entire Navy to find ways to become more efficient and effective. To meet Seapower 21 objectives and to increase efficiency, the NAVSEA Warfare Centers established the Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle, using a web-based, e-business procurement Portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisitions, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence and reduce cycle time.
On the US Navy Seaport-e, AIM USA team supports two of the seven identified zones: Zone 2, the National Capital Zone and Zone 4, the Gulf States Zone. AIM USA corporate headquarters is located in Zone 4.

Information Technology Enterprise Solutions
2 Services (ITES-2S)- Subcontract with IBM
This contract supports the Army enterprise infrastructure and infostructure goals with a full range of information technology solutions. The vehicle is available to any federal ordering official and work can be performed worldwide. Task areas include business process reengineering; information systems security; information assurance; information technology services; enterprise design, integration, and consolidation; education and training; program and project management; systems operation and maintenance, and network management and support.
