Tracy Graves Stevens

Tracy Graves-Stevens
Chairman and CEO

Ms. Graves-Stevens brings many years of corporate and business leadership to Innoviss and a knowledge of the Defense and Intelligence industries that spans over 25 years. Ms. Graves-Stevens began her career with the Central Intelligence Agency in 1981 and after a successful career there she transitioned to private industry starting with Logicon Corporation where she led progressive technical, leadership and management roles until her departure to CTX Corporation in 1997 to lead the Maryland Federal Programs Division. Ms. Graves-Stevens was named President and CEO of CTX Corporation in 1999 and remained in that position until CTX's acquisition in December 2002 by ManTech International in December 2002. Since then she has been providing ongoing leadership and consultation to ManTech as a part of its corporate management team. Ms. Graves-Stevens was named President of ManTech MSM Security Services on December 2004. In 2007, Ms. Graves-Stevens led MSM through the successful divestiture from ManTech International and the eventual creation of Innoviss where she serves as its Chairman and CEO today. Ms. Graves-Stevens continues to be active in the Intelligence community, having served as Director on the Board of Security Affairs Support Association (SASA) and with participation in various professional organizations supporting this community. She is a product of the University of Maryland.

Eric Crowe

Eric J. Crowe

Mr. Crowe has extensive experience in financial management and business operations working for companies operating within the Department of Defense and Intelligence industries. He served in mid to senior level management positions for the past seven years at two multimillion dollar subsidiaries of ManTech International. Prior to his tenure at ManTech International, Mr. Crowe served in the business operations group for various divisions within Affiliated Computer Services, Government Solutions Group. In 2007, Mr. Crowe assisted with the divestiture of MSM from ManTech International and was named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Mr. Crowe led the due diligence and close process for the recent acquisition of AIM USA , LLC by Innoviss. Mr. Crowe has a Masters of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelors of Science in Business from Shepherd University.

Marlene Milder Duvalle

Marlene Milder-Duvall
Vice President, Corporate Development


Marlene Milder-Duvall brings a proven track record of experience and a solid reputation for developing and executing business and integration strategies—from start ups and mid-sized integrators to corporate giants, all targeting the Federal market.

Prior to joining the Innoviss team, she was a co-founder of a management consulting company, providing corporate development, new business, capture and tactics to mid-sized companies and systems integrators within the Defense and Civilian agencies.

She also served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Nortel Government Solutions’ Defense Sector for five years. In this capacity, she was responsible for building a new corporate and business development organization, integrating the capabilities and assets of several acquired companies as well as penetrating new government agencies.

Previously, she was Vice President of Marketing for Wang Global to rebuild a
25-person strategic and technical marketing organization. As part of this initiative, she drove the integration of an acquired security- centric small company, and developed the game plan to repackage and introduce security solutions. As one of the company’s leaders, she expanded beyond her original charter and continued with the integration and transformation of the new company—Getronics Government Solutions. Her due diligence expertise was also used as Getronics was sold to DigitalNet.

At Lockheed Martin, she achieved increasingly higher levels within the corporate leadership chain in strategic marketing for 15 years, culminating with her appointment as a senior executive within its information technology sector.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Mass Communications from Towson University, and attended executive leadership training at Emory University. She is a member of AFCEA, IAC and PSC.

Jim Kuhns

James D. Kuhns has over 25 years experience in Department of Defense and Federal contracting to include the healthcare contracting arena. Mr. Kuhns joined MSM Security Services in October 2009 and has recently been assigned as the Executive Director of AIM USA LLC (an Innoviss Company) and as a Corporate Vice President of Innoviss, Inc. Under his leadership, Innoviss, Inc. employs trusted medical and information management professionals who provide integrated information technology solutions, systems and services to support the federal and military medicine's worldwide missions. Established as one of four principal business areas within Innoviss, AIM USA anchors the Innoviss Defense Healthcare Solutions line of business and is headquartered in San Antonio, TX with operations throughout the U. S. States. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Kuhns was Director, Defense and Veterans Affairs Healthcare Solutions within Lockheed Martin's Information Technology & Global Services business area, where he directed the corporation's defense healthcare focus area for 14 years. A U.S. Army retiree, he received his Bachelor's Degree, Summa Cum Laude, in Computer Studies from University College, University of Maryland and is actively involved in numerous professional organizations (such as HIMSS, AFCEA, PMI, etc).

Joe Palazzo

Joseph Palazzo
Executive Director, MSM

Mr. Palazzo brings a distinguished government career within the U.S. Department of Treasury with more than 30 years of criminal investigative expertise for (fraud, waste and abuse), along with 8 years conducting federal background investigations and supervising Personnel Security Specialists.

Prior to holding his current position as Executive Director, Business Operations, Mr. Palazzo served as a re-employed annuitant Senior Manager with the Department of Homeland Security, supporting a Special Program mandated by President Bush to hire six thousand (6,000) additional Border Patrol Agents by December 31, 2009. Mr. Palazzo made significant contributions to the effort; driving policy decisions and making innovative changes in case management, leading to increased efficiency and effectiveness of the successful program.

Mr. Palazzo was previously employed with a MSM Security Services, (MSM) as Director of Field Operations, which has conducted as many as50,000 Personnel Security Investigations (PSIs) annually for several federal government agencies.

Mr. Palazzo began his federal law enforcement career as an Inspector with the Internal Revenue Service, Internal Security, the agency responsible for maintaining the integrity of the IRS, one of the most sensitive and complex organizations in the federal government. Joe rose to level of Special Agent in Charge of the New York Field Division and the Headquarters Operations Division of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) where developed and implemented innovative investigative policies and strategies, resulting in significant arrests and convictions pertaining to bribery, threats against the government, identity fraud, and computer fraud.

Following his retirement from federal service Palazzo worked as an independent contractor conducting background investigation for the Department of Defense, The Secretary of Defense, and Department of the Treasury before joining MSM.

Joe received his Bachelor of Arts Degree (cum laude) in Political Science from C.W. Post College Brookville, NY in 1973.
Joe maintains an current Top Secret clearance and is an active member of ASIS International, International Association of the Chiefs of Police and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
